Minnesota: man gets 4 years for 6th DWI conviction

A Lakeville man was sentenced last week in Becker County District Court on a felony charge of first-degree driving while intoxicated-test refusal.
James Karl Miller, 53, of 2342 Lucerne Trail, Lakeville, Minn., was ordered to serve 48 months in prison (conditional release after confinement was set at five years) and pay $135 in court fines and fees.
Additional charges, including one felony count of first-degree driving while intoxicated and one gross misdemeanor count of driving after license
