In Beltrami County District Court before Judge John Melbye:   Justin David Wellcome, 29, of Cass Lake, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Feb. 7 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI, refusal to submit to chemical testing.  He was sentenced to one year in jail with 355 days stayed for three years on the following conditions: He must serve 10 days in jail; serve three years of probation; pay fine and costs of $860; complete chemical dependency assessment and follow recommendations; not drink and drive; not drive without insurance; have no driver’s license violations; and undergo random testing….MORE
