NEOSHO, Mo. — Alan Marble, president of Crowder College, was arrested early Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, according to a report from the Newton County Sheriff’s Department.
A chemical test of Marble’s breath, taken at the Newton County Jail, showed his blood-alcohol content to be 0.11 percent, according to the
