GODFREY • Jacob Fickle first ran into trouble with the law for driving unlicensed in 2001. He was 13. His first drinking-related charge, for having alcohol in a vehicle, came four years later, at 17.
He’s been convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol twice since 2009 and had his license taken away on numerous occasions.
