JACKSON, MO (KFVS) – A Jackson State Trooper got the surprise of his life this week. He was honored in a big way by the Governor in front of a very big audience. Sergeant Blaine Adams has served with Troop E for 23 years. He currently patrols Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, and Scott Counties. Sgt. Adams has made it his mission to keep drunk drivers off the roads. “I’ve seen the death and destruction drunk drivers can cause, that’s why we take them off the road,” said Adams. MORE
