Missouri: Governor honors Top Cop for locking up record number of DWI drivers

JACKSON, MO (KFVS) – A Jackson State Trooper got the surprise of his life this week. He was honored in a big way by the Governor in front of a very big audience. Sergeant Blaine Adams has served with Troop E for 23 years. He currently patrols Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, and Scott Counties. Sgt.
