From Suburban Journals:Carter attracted more public attention after Dec. 6, 2009, when a Missouri state trooper arrested Carter at 12:56 a.m. and charged him with misdemeanor DWI and speeding. The case has not yet been resolved. As a result of those charges, Carter does not hear speeding and DWI cases in Wentzville.
