Montana: man admits to 10th DUI, may get 10 years in prison

A 41-year-old man could face a minimum of 10 years in prison after admitting to his 10th drunken-driving offense.
Phillip BenĀ Tsosie Jr. appeared Thursday before District Judge Susan Watters and pleaded guilty to felony DUI.
