Montana: man admits to 10th DUI, may get 10 years in prison

A 41-year-old man could face a minimum of 10 years in prison after admitting to his 10th drunken-driving offense.
Phillip Ben Tsosie Jr. appeared Thursday before District Judge Susan Watters and pleaded guilty to felony DUI. Deputy County Attorney Ingrid Rosenquist said prosecutors will seek to have Tsosie designated a “double” persistent felony offender, which carries a 10-year minimum prison sentence…..MORE
