Montana: newspaper reports that charter bus operator employed driver in spite of 3 prior DUI arrests and an open warrant

One of the two charter bus drivers arrested for drunken driving in Yellowstone National Park last Friday while hauling a bus load of Bozeman middle school students had been arrested three times before for driving under the influence, public records show.
Jack Kane Parrent Jr. was convicted in Columbia Falls in 1991 and Lewis and Clark County in 2001 for drunken driving, records provided by the Montana Department of Justice show.
Parrent was also charged with a DUI in Vancouver, Wash., in 1998 and has a warrant out for his arrest stemming from that charge, a clerk in Clark County Washington told the Chronicle this week. ….MORE
