NEW HAMPSHIRE: Lillian Jones charged by Rochester Police with aggravated DWI; had juvenile with her in her demo-derby head-on collision

BARRINGTON, N.H. – According to the Rochester Police, on June 18, 2020, at 11:58 pm, the Rochester Police responded to the area of 37 Brock Street for the report of a head-on motor vehicle accident.  Upon arrival, officers located a white 2014 Chevy Sonic, later identified as being driven by Lillian Jones, 20 years of age, from Barrington, NH, and a white 1999 Toyota Camry, later identified as being driven by Brooke Osborne, 22 years of age, from Rochester, NH   

During the investigation, police say that it was learned that Jones was traveling north on Brock Street when she veered into the opposite lane of travel and struck Osborne’s vehicle as she was traveling south on Brock Street.    

Jones vehicle sustained heavy front end damage and was towed from the scene.  Jones was checked by EMS on scene to which there were no injuries. 

Osborne’s vehicle sustained minor damage.  Osborne sustained minor injuries and was transported to Frisbie Hospital.  Osborne’s juvenile passenger was checked and released on scene by EMS.        

Officers subsequently arrested the driver, Lillian Jones, for Aggravated driving while intoxicated.  Jones’s charge is a class B Misdemeanor.  Jones was bailed and released with a court date at the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester on June 22, 2020 at 8:00 am.
