MERRIMACK, N.H — MERRIMACK – A Merrimack man who falsely identified himself as his brother when he was charged last week with drunken driving was arrested once again Wednesday, this time on forgery charges, among others. Sean Buckley, 28, who gave his brother Daniel’s name when officers arrested him April 25, now faces charges of disobeying a police officer, unsworn falsification and forgery, in addition to charges of operating under the influence, according to
