On November 6, 2016, a member of the Merrimack Police Department stopped a motor vehicle on the Daniel Webster Highway for disorderly operation of the vehicle. The investigating officer spoke with the operator of the vehicle, identified as Williams Caceres Calla, and noticed signs of impairment. The officer continued with the investigation and as a result, Caceres Calla was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
Caceres Calla was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th circuit court, Merrimack, on November 10, 2016, to answer to the above-listed charge.

On November 26, 2016, a New Hampshire woman was arrested by the Merrimack Police and charged with operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor and negligent driving. At approximately 5:47 pm. A member of the Merrimack Police Department was traveling west on Industrial Boulevard and observed a motor vehicle traveling east in the wrong direction. The officer subsequently stopped the vehicle at the intersection of Industrial Drive and DW Highway and made contact with the operator of the motor vehicle who was identified as Mary E. Abelleira.
While speaking with Abelleira, the officer observed signs of impairment due the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Upon further investigation, Abelleira agreed to perform voluntary standardized field sobriety tests. Upon completion of those tests, Abelleira was placed under arrest and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and negligent driving. Abelleira was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on December 8, 2016 to answer to the charges.

On the 2nd of December 2016, the Merrimack Police Department arrested Kyle Norway and charged him with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor level offense.
On the above date at 12:59 a.m., Merrimack Police stopped a motorist for erratic driving. Upon making contact with the driver, he was identified as the above Kyle Norway.
While speaking with Norway, he showed signs of alcohol impairment. Upon further investigation, which included Field Sobriety Tests, Police determined that Norway was driving while intoxicated and he was placed under arrest.
Norway was subsequently processed on the charge and his bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance. Norway is scheduled to appear before the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack Division on December 8, 2016, to answer to the charges.

On December 4, 2016, members of the Merrimack Police Department responded to the area of the Daniel Webster Highway by the Bedford town line for the report of a motor vehicle being operated erratically. Upon arrival, officers located the vehicle in the parking lot of a local business and spoke with the operator, identified as Jessica Mele, and conducted an investigation. Mele showed signs of impairment while speaking with officers and after the investigation was completed, she was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor. During an inventory of Mele’s vehicle prescription medication was found in a purse within the vehicle.
It was later determined that Mele did not possess a prescription for the medication found.Â
Mele was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th circuit court, Merrimack, on December 8, 2016, to answer to the above-listed charges.

On December 4, 2016, the Merrimack Police Department arrested Michael McKenna and charged him OUIL (a misdemeanor level offense).
On the above date at 8:22 P.M., Merrimack Police responded to the report of a motor vehicle stopped in the middle of the intersection in the wrong travel lane at the intersection of Bedford Road and Back River Road. Police located the vehicle and the driver was identified as Michael McKenna. After a brief investigation, McKenna was arrested for OUIL. McKenna was transported to Merrimack Police Headquarters for processing.
After being processed on the charges, McKenna was placed on $1,500.00 person recognizance. Â McKenna is scheduled to be arraigned before the Merrimack Circuit Court on December 13, 2016, to answer the charges.

On December 6, 2016, a member of the Merrimack Police Department stopped a motor vehicle on Cross St. for a motor vehicle violation. The officer noticed signs of impairment with the operator, identified as Derek Hanley, and conducted an investigation which included field sobriety tests. After the investigation was completed, Hanley was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor.Â
Hanley was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th circuit court, Merrimack, on December 13, 2016 to answer to the above listed charges.
