New Hampshire: the party is over for one man, he is dead; driver charged with DUI, injured 3 others he didn’t manage to kill

EPPING—An Epping man was arrested and charged with negligent homicide and driving while under the influence after an accident, killing a Newmarket man and injured three others.
At 4:40 a.m. on Sunday morning, police responded to a single vehicle collision on Red Oak Hill Road in Epping. Scanner traffic indicated the vehicle had rolled over and people were trapped inside.
The driver of the single vehicle, Scott Currier, 26, of Epping, suffered serious injuries, while one of his male passengers and two female passengers suffered minor injuries. All four were transported to Exeter Hospital.
Another male passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. The man, Joshua M. Pratt, 25, of Newmarket, suffered fatal injuries from the crash. ….MORE

Currier suffered serious injuries and three other passengers suffered minor injuries and were taken to Exeter Hospital for treatment.
