WEARE, N.H. — A drunk driver who had a previous driving while intoxicated conviction led police on a lengthy chase from Weare to Henniker, ending with the suspect crashing into an embankment early Sunday morning, according to Weare police. Where do they get these dumb cops? At least the cop was sober in this incident in which a man has now been charged with video taping a police officer at a traffic stop…charges the man failed to get cop’s consent to take his picture!  Can this small town afford the civil rights action coming their way? The taxpayers will ultimately pay this bill due to stupidity on the part of the cops and prosecutors who allowed it…maybe Obama will invite everyone down for a beer when he gets back from Carnivale in Rio…

WEARE – For the second time in less than a year, Weare police have charged someone with felony wiretapping for recording police activity.
William Alleman, 51, of 140 Helen Dearborn Road, was charged Tuesday with interception of oral communication prohibited, which is the state’s felony wiretapping law RSA 570-A (click for text).
