HIGHTSTOWN — East Windsor’s former deputy mayor will not be able to drive for the next seven months after taking a plea deal Wednesday evening, pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated and to refusing to offer a breath sample in connection with his March 1 arrest in Hightstown.
