Robert Kusznikow, the driver of the pickup truck that struck and killed Michael Grosso Jr. of Barnegat on Wednesday morning, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol twice in a seven-month span and three times beginning in April 2004, according to state motor vehicles records.
Under state law, Kusznikow, 25, of Oxycocus Road, should have received a 10-year suspension of his driving privileges when the third DUI charge, stemming from an April 28, 2007, arrest, went to court. …..MORE
