Hudson Catholic Regional High School President the Rev. Warren Hall was arrested by officers on the charge of driving while intoxicated Thursday night, officials said.  Hall, 47, was taken into custody at about 9:30 p.m. near his residence at St. Aloysius Parish rectory at Kensington and West Side Avenues and the SUV he was driving was impounded by police, Jersey City Police Lt.
