New Mexico: bar under scrutiny for serving too much booze to Byron Trujillo; DWI homicide charges in death of Nizhoni Charlie

A 27-year-old New Mexico man is facing vehicular homicide charges for a fatal crash Saturday evening – that man is believed to have been driving drunk – and now a popular business could also be in trouble.

According to Rio Arriba County Sheriff Tommy Rodella, Byron Trujillo was traveling westbound on State Road 1-12 near Tierra Amarilla when he drifted onto the shoulder.  Trujillo overcorrected causing his passenger, 31-year-old Nizhoni Charlie, to be ejected.  She died ….MORE
