SANTA FE (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police Officer Steven Carroll is recovering in the hospital after being stabbed during a traffic stop late Wednesday night.  Carroll underwent emergency surgery Thursday morning but was last reported to be in recovery at Christus St. Vincent’s Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe.   State Police said Ricky O.
