New Mexico: Frank Seymour was in the bag for his 10th DWI, say police

A Santa Fe man was arrested on his 10th DWI on Wednesday, according to the Santa Fe Police Department.

Frank Seymour, 45, was confronted by police at the Walmart on Herrera Drive as he was loading groceries into his Jeep Wrangler. Police noted that Seymour smelled of alcohol and was aacting intoxicated. He took breath tests, which showed blood-alcohol concentrations of 0.30 and 0.29, according to police. The legal limit for driving in the state is 0.08.

Police also found an open bottle of rum in the vehicle.
