ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – A Roswell police officer who crashed into a parked car has been arrested for allegedly driving drunk.
Police say Stephanie Coon was off-duty at 2 a.m. Friday when she hit the car on Del Norte Street.
When they looked in the car officers found an open liquor container.
Coon refused a breath test, so she’s charged with aggravated DWI, police reported.
She is now on administrative leave.
