New Mexico: too much firewater for 3 time DWI driver, Whiteeagle; now he killed kid in booze suspected crash

ALBUQUERQUE  – Police believe alcohol may have been involved in a car crash that left a young girl dead.
Jason Whiteeagle, 26, reportedly flipped his car on I-25 south of the Rio Bravo exit late Friday night.
“You wouldn’t need to get up close with him, you would be able to clearly determine this person was intoxicated,” said Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office Lt. David Knowles.
Authorities said the victim, his six year-old daughter identified as Rachel Coriz, died.
Whiteeagle and his other passenger, his four-year-old son Jason Coriz, are both in the hospital in serious condition.
“The little boy is at UNMH right now getting treatment for a skull fracture and bruised rubs. Some significant injuries for a little, little boy,” Knowles said. ….MORE
