AUBURN — A 24-year-old Auburn man who was drunk when he crashed into a house and two parked cars while trying to flee police was sentenced Tuesday to one to three years in prison and ordered to pay more than $86,044 in restitution.
Scott Farrelly, of 43 Parker St., admitted in Cayuga County Court on Nov. 30 that he reached speeds in excess of 70 mph as he attempted to flee Auburn police officers on June 11. Auburn’s speed limit is 30 mph.   MORE
