Troopers charged seven motorists with driving while intoxicated during traffic stops and investigations Friday and earlier today in Westchester and Putnam counties, state police said.
Nicholas T. DiGirolamo, 24, of Croton-on-Hudson was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, speeding, refusing to submit to a breath test and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, infractions, about 4:30 a.m. today on Route 9 at the Welcher Avenue exit in Cortlandt, police said. ….MORE
