Albany Police Officer Max Etienne under arrest for DWI

ALBANY — Max Etienne, the city police officer charged with drunken driving after police say he sideswiped several cars on South Main Avenue Sunday is in court for his arraignment in City Court.
Etienne, 42, was accompanied by other officers – some in uniform – as he entered court. He declined to speak to reporters.
At his arraignment, Etienne was hit with a new charge: leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
He pleaded not guilty during his arraignment by Judge William Carter and was released on his own recognizance. ….MORE
