STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Two motorists allegedly caught snoozing behind the wheel were among five suspects charged over the weekend with driving while intoxicated or impaired on Staten Island.
Cops said Tryone Fosmire, 26, of 101 Avenue, Queens, was napping in a cash lane at the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge toll plaza around 5:40 a.m. Sunday, when officers approached.   MORE
