Monroe County Legislator Willie J. Lightfoot today pleaded not guilty in City Court to several charges, including driving while intoxicated. Lightfoot, D-Rochester, was charged last night with driving while intoxicated, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, both misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was also ticketed for refusing a breathalyzer test, an infraction. City Court documents allege that Lightfoot, 38, interrupted a police investigation near his business, a barber shop on Jefferson Avenue in Rochester, shortly after 8 p.m. Lightfoot last night pulled into the parking lot behind his shop after seeing a police officer in the lot.
