New York: Brooklyn Judge Carl Landicino busted for DWI by State Police

A Brooklyn Supreme Court justice with close ties to scandal-scarred Assemblyman Vito Lopez was charged with driving while intoxicated last week after he swerved past an unmarked police car in suburban Albany.
Lopez’s former legal eagle, Supreme Court Justice Carl Landicino, 47, was pulled over at 4:06 p.m. last Thursday on Interstate 87 in upstate Menands, according to state police.
The allegedly boozy barrister failed a field sobriety test and refused to take an Alco-Sensor Test to determine his blood-alcohol level, troopers said.
He was charged with an array of misdemeanors, including speeding, unsafe lane change, following too closely and DWI, and his grey BMW was impounded….MORE
