NORTH GREENBUSH — Town Assessor and Comptroller John Harkin, who is facing two felony DWI charges, resigned from his Comptroller position last week, according to Town Councilman Lou Desso.
Desso said that the Town Board received Harkin’s resignation on Jan. 20, adding that it was “in no way related to his current legal situation.”
