Oswego City Common Councilor William Sharkey, R-6th Ward, was arrested by Oswego City Police Saturday for driving while intoxicated after a police investigation into a motor vehicle accident.
According to police reports, Sharkey was charged at 2:55 a.m. after an investigation of an accident at West First and Cayuga streets in which Sharkey was involved. Police field testing determined Sharkey was intoxicated. ….MORE
