New York: Cops didn’t keep him in jail after being arrested for DWI, so he went for another booze cruise, got 2nd DWI in 2 hours

An Erie County man was stopped twice Saturday morning, about two hours apart, for allegedly driving while intoxicated in the village of Potsdam.
Conley R. Brodziak, 20, Amherst, was charged at 1:50 a.m. with DWI, failure to keep right and making an unsafe turn when he was stopped on Elm Street, state police said.He registered a 0.11 percent blood alcohol content.   MORE   17 nabbed by police….
