AUBURN — An 80-year-old Fulton man will spend the next six to 18 years in prison for killing a 41-year-old man by ramming his truck into oncoming traffic near Cato in November 2009.Cayuga County Assistant District Attorney Diane Adsit said the sentence imposed Wednesday was the maximum agreed to in Cayuga County Court when William LeVea pleaded guilty to first-degree felony aggravated vehicular homicide, driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a weapon, both misdemeanors.
