A Coram man previously imprisoned for a drunken-driving crash that killed a teenager has been convicted of his third DWI in just over 11 years.   A Suffolk County jury found Kenneth Bowrosen guilty Monday of driving while intoxicated as a felony, driving without a license and not wearing a seatbelt.
