ALBANY — A city man faces manslaughter charges after hitting and killing a 72-year-old woman crossing Second Avenue early Saturday.
Paul Fontane, 53, of 1 Avenue B, was allegedly driving a 2000 Hyundai eastbound on Second Avenue at 3 a.m. when he struck the woman crossing near 316 Second Ave. between Raymo and Van Vechten streets, police spokesman James Miller said. …..MORE
