New York: Eduardo Feliz took flight in his Dodge into the back of two box trucks

Eduardo Feliz, 43, of Halfmoon NY DUI landed his Dodge after airborne flight into the back of two trucks NYSP June 10, 2018.

The New York State Police report that on June 10, 2018, a Trooper out of State Police at Clifton Park was dispatched to a 3-car property damage auto accident in the parking lot of Floor Source on State Route 9 in Clifton Park.  The Trooper arrived to find a Dodge Journey had gone airborne and landed inside the back of two box trucks.  While the Trooper checked for anyone entrapped, the car caught fire and spread to the trucks.  The Trooper escaped and the fire department was contacted, responding to the scene.  No one was injured in the accident.

A short time later, Eduardo Feliz (Age 43) of Halfmoon was located nearby by the Trooper and a Saratoga County Deputy and determined to be the operator of the vehicle.  Mr. Feliz was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Clifton Park barracks.  His BAC was determined to be 0.33% with numerous suspensions to his license.  He was checked by EMS and Albany Medical Center personnel before finally being arraigned in the Town of Halfmoon Court on Felony DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st, and numerous traffic tickets.  Mr. Feliz was remanded to Saratoga County Jail on $25k/$50k bail/bond and is set to return to court on June 13, 2018, at 5:30 pm.
