WHITEHALL, N.Y. – A Washington County woman is facing homicide charges after killing one during a three car vehicle crash when she was driving drunk.
44-year-old Mary Baptie, of Whitehall, was driving drunk when she caused a three-car crash on Route 4 in Hampton, NY on Sunday, May 29th. She allegedly drove through a stop sign without stopping, causing a truck that was travelling west on Rt. 4 to veer into the eastbound lane hitting another vehicle head on.
