A Pawling village justice who was arrested for a second time on a driving while intoxicated charge has entered a guilty plea.
Robert Apple, 56, was charged with a felony during the summer in Carmel. The DWI charge came less than three years after a 2009 conviction for the same offense. Apple was censured by a state Commission on Judicial Conduct after his first arrest.
