New York: Lindsey L. Babcock busted twice in one night for DWI; will her lawyer give her a two for one discount?

A West Carthage woman was arrested twice within about two hours early Saturday morning by Watertown police on charges of driving while intoxicated.
Lindsey L. Babcock, 26, of 93 Champion St., was initially taken into custody at 2:45 a.m. in the 100 block of Girard Avenue, where she was additionally cited with speeding and failure to stop while entering a roadway when exiting a driveway. Police listed her blood-alcohol level as 0.16 percent. Under state law, 0.08 percent constitutes intoxication.
She was released to the custody of a friend, but shortly before 5 a.m., police said she was seen driving again, this time in the 500 block of Jefferson Street. Here, she was cited with DWI and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Her alcohol level for the second arrest had dropped to 0.13 percent, police said.
She was released on $250 bail.
