Ryan A. Martin of 5 Arlington Court was arrested shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday at the McDonald’s restaurant on Welcher Avenue after police were called to investigate a fender bender in the parking lot.   In addition to being drunk, Martin was charged with not having an ignition interlock device connected to his car to prevent him from driving while intoxicated, police said.
