GRIEG, N.Y. – A dive team was called in just after 1:00 Sunday morning in the Town of Grieg in Lewis County after a patrol officer spotted a vehicle submerged in the Black River.
As members of the cold water rescue team and Lewis County Dive Team arrived on scene, investigators say the driver of that car was found safe, but intoxicated, in the nearby Village of Glenfield. ….MORE
