SOUTHEAST — A North Salem man with four previous drunken driving arrests drove his vehicle drunk again on Monday night, police said today.  Putnam Deputies William Meyer and Jonathan Cihanek were on patrol on Argonne Road around 8:30 p.m. Monday when they stopped car driven by Thomas J. Walsh, 51, of Sunset Place, North Salem, for a traffic violation and determined that his license was revoked and he was intoxicated, police said.   MORE
