(Long Island, NY) An alcohol-fueled early-morning accident on Monday has left one dead and the alleged responsible party accused of a DWI offence, New York State police said.
Yunior Josue Bonilla, 25, of Brentwood is charged with driving while intoxicated after he was involved in a fatal accident at 4:17 a.m. Monday morning on the Northern State Parkway in Huntington. According to witnesses, Bonilla had been drinking at Westbury night club prior to the accident and was on his way back home to Brentwood, according to police.
