GLENS FALLS — Two Glens Falls women were charged with driving while intoxicated after one of them drove a car into a snowbank early Sunday, police said.  One drove into a stop sign and then into the snowbank, and when police arrived, the other was trying to back the car out of the snow, Glens Falls Police Sgt.
