ALBANY – A state Supreme Court justice arrested on the Northway after he drove erratically and refused to take an alcohol breath test pleaded guilty Tuesday to a misdemeanor count of drunken driving, prosecutors said.
Carl Landicino, 47, of Yorktown Heights pleaded guilty to the single count during a appearance before Albany County
