A 21-year-old driving at a high rate of speed early today on Mount Hope Road in Lewiston lost control of his car, causing it to become airborne before it struck a tree and overturned, Lewiston police reported.
The driver has been identified as Pierce Abrams of Printup Road.
Police did not release the names of his two passengers. All three were transported to Erie County Medical Center for treatment of injuries not believed to be life threatening, according to Lewiston Police Sgt. Frank Previte.  …..MORE

LEWISTON, NY – Three people are recovering at Erie County Medical Center following an early morning crash that sent their car airborne.
The accident happened at 4:45 Sunday morning on Mount Hope Road in Lewiston.
