New York: Police let DWI driver loose; he was busted again….

POTSDAM — Two men were charged with driving while intoxicated along Maple Street in the village by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies early Saturday, and state police report that they had charged one of them earlier with DWI and traffic violations. Conley R. Brodziak, 20, of Amherst was stopped along Elm Street in the village by troopers at shortly before 2 a.m. They charged him with failure to keep right, unsafe turn, and driving while his blood alcohol level was .08 percent.
