A Bronx man was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) after he crashed into a stopped police car on Ocean Parkway in the confines of Jones Beach State Park.

According to New York State Police, Robert Pierro, 29, struck a police car that was conducting a traffic stop, causing the vehicle to flip over.

The two officers inside the car suffered non-life threatening injuries.  ….MORE
