A member of the Rochester RazorSharks whose driver’s license was suspended 17 times was charged with driving while intoxicated early today. 
Marlin N. Johnson, 35, of Wellington Avenue was charged this morning with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, according to Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies. He is also facing other charges, including driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle and several other traffic infractions.  MORE
