CAMBRIA—A Witmer Road woman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after Niagara County sheriff’s deputies said they saw her swerving wildly, nearly hitting a guardrail and then swerving into the oncoming lane Saturday night on North Ridge Road.  Deana M.
