Westberg, 33, of 25054 County Route 197, Carthage, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 3:30 a.m. Sunday on Pearl Street in Watertown with DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding 57 mph in a 30-mph zone. Her blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, deputies said.
