New York: State Police arrest Bryan W. Oshea following crash in Parishville; Super Bowl weekend partygoers busted for DWI

The New York State Police report the following:

DWI Accident in the town of Parishville
03 February 2013 — Canton based State Police arrested Bryan W. Oshea, 26 of 575 Sissonville Road, Potsdam for DWI subsequent to a PDAA investigation on SR-72 in the town of Parishville. Oshea was released on tickets returnable to the town of Parishville Court on 02/19/13 at 7:00PM for DWI, Leaving the Scene of Property Damage Accident and Failure to Keep Right.
DWAI Drugs – City of Hudson
On 01/31/13 the New York State Police at Livingston arrested Amy Lasher, age 40, of Spook Rock Road, Hudson NY for DWAI Drugs. Lasher was stopped on State Street in the City of Hudson for VTL violations. She was found to be driving while impaired by drugs. Lasher was processed at SP Livingston and released on Appearance Tickets returnable to the City of Hudson Court on 02/12/13.
UPM and DWAI Drugs – Town of Stockport
On 01/30/13 the New York State Police at Livingston arrested Brandon Walsh, age 22, of 5 Coronation Drive, Stockport for DWAI Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, unlicensed operation and other VTL violations. Walsh was arrested after being stopped for VTL violations on Rossman Road Stockport. He was found to be in possession of marihuana and to be driving while imapaired by same. He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Stockport Town Court on 02/12/13.
DWI roadcheck yields two DWI arrests
On February 2nd from 12:00a to 3:00a the New York State Police participated in an interagency DWI enforcement detail in cooperation with the Westchester County Police Department, the Village of Port Chester Police Department and the Village of Rye Brook Police Department. State Police efforts contributed to the overall success of this detail by making the following arrests:
Richard Zesua, age 50, 44 Winant Ave, Ridgefield Park, NJ, for DWI
Stephanie Cuomo, age 22, 23 Division St, Port Chester, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs
Both subjects were release and are scheduled to appear in the Town Rye Court on February 6th at 9:00am.
TROOPERS MAKE AGGRAVATED DWI ARREST OVERNIGHT
The New York State Police based out of the SP Elma barracks arrested MICHAEL C. KAUN (age 39) of West Seneca, NY, for DWI after stopping him for Following Too Close and Failure to Keep Right on Clinton St. in the Town of West Seneca at approximately 10:45 PM Thursday night. He was processed at SP Elma, where his reportable BAC was 0.19%, making the charge Aggravated DWI due to his BAC level being over 0.18%. Mr. KAUN is to return to the Town of West Seneca court on February 22, 2013.
State Police arrest man for DWI and driving with a child in the vehicle
On January 27, 2013 at 3:30am , Tpr. Joseph Eallonardo was traveling eastbound on interstate 490 and South Clinton in the city when he observed a vehicle swerve from it’s lane several times. Upon making a vehicle stop , the operator identified as Brian P. Beeman, 40 of 223 Alexander St., Rochester stated he had been drinking , there was a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from him. In the vehicle it was also observed by the trooper that a child was sleeping in the back seat. The child ‘s mother was contacted and responded to the scene to recover the child. Beeman then was given field sobriety test’s which he failed and was transported to SP Rochester where he provided a breath sample with a reportable BAC of .21%. He is to appear in city court at a later date.
